I have been making yogurt for 5 yrs. Started with direct set. Gets expensive. Went to Heirloom I prefer Bulgarian yogurt. The problem I run into with those is i would get 2 sachets one to keep in freezer in case i mess up & dont make a new batch in time. Expensive problem for a disabled person who ends up in the hospital often. I hope this becomes my happy place:)
