Just finished a batch of Balkan yogurt.
I’ve been making it for a couple of years now. It is the best tasting yogurt I’ve ever had! Doesn’t need sweetener or anything else. Amazing!
I remember back in the 70’s, when yogurt became popular, my mom used to make it. It was SO astringent, you couldn’t eat it without loading it with sugar. That’s why this is so amazing to me.
