I’ve been researching kefir starter kits lately because I’m thinking about getting into making kefir at home. I like the idea of making it myself, but I’m still trying to understand what kind of starter would be easiest to work with and give consistent results.Since I’m new to it, I’m mainly looking for something simple to use, reliable, and easy to maintain. I’ve been looking at different options and reading about what people recommend for beginners, and I ended up finding two products that I really liked.KNEADACE Pro Sourdough Bread Starter Kit[Kefir Starter Kit, 64oz Mason Jar with StrainerBoth options look pretty good to me, but I’m having a hard time deciding which one would make more sense for someone just getting started. I’d rather choose something practical and easy to use than buy a kit that ends up being more complicated than necessary. Has anyone here tried either of these? I’d really appreciate hearing what you think and which one you would choose for starting out.
What you chose is for bread, not kefir. Good Bread for sure, but not Kefir.
