Unfortunately, here in Canada, you have to have your own cows or have a friend who gives it to you. It’s not allowed to be sold.
At least, that’s my understanding of the law I read. I stand to be corrected. 
Yes, raw milk is not allowed in many places and when not baned completely is under heavy regulations
