Currently I’m taking out 3 tablespoons of kefir each time and making the new batch with one litre of milk. Can I use more than one litre?

The sachets are designed to work well with 1L.
However the ready Kefir is already activated and works better than a sachet.
As per the instructions given(email,website, leaflet, App) - you can reculture as you add 1-3 spoon per 1L. Consequently you could reculture 2L with 2-6 spoons of ready Kefir or more as you simply follow the algorithm. You could experiment with 1 spoon per 1L or less or increase the amount. These are suggestive amounts. There are no any particular rules when make it at home as there are more than one factor to consider like milk quality, temperature and so on,so it is up to you.
