Information on Bacterial Strains in NPS Selection Yogurt Starter?

I’m currently researching the NPS Selection Yogurt Starter and I’m trying to find detailed information on the specific bacterial strains it uses. I’m particularly interested in the strain designations and any technical details available

We do not specify the strains for several reasons:

  1. It is not information that is required by the food law to be listed

  2. The product is not for direct consumption, and during the fermentations, the strains change when they interact with other microorganisms in the milk/environment.

  3. We would like to protect our know-how

  4. Some health claims endorsed by popular books are unproven and highly controversial. We do not support them because they are anecdotal and not supported by scientific evidence.

Yogurt is a balanced food that should be consumed along with other probiotic products like kefir, cheese, pickles, sauerkraut, and others.
