Making starter with 2 liters

Hello to all,

I’m doing a starter with Pure Acidophilus. My electric yogurt appliance has the capacity of 2 litres. I’m wondering if I should put 1 or 2 envelops of starter envelops.

1 sachet should be enough.
It will reflect the incubation times only

Thanks!! I will put at maximum time (14 hours) it is an oursson machine one. If not still done, as you suggest, the I will put some time more until 24h (or seeing that the yogurt is “solid”. Many thanks for the support :slight_smile: That things make the difference :slight_smile:

Hi Ramon,
There is no maximum time when making yogurt.
The fermentation will be triggered when you the conditions required are met.
Please keep an eye on the fermentation after 10-12 hours.
Once done you will know how to do it in the future
