J used to warm milk till 90°celsius and keep for 20 minutes and make with yogurt pot starter
This is my first time with this sachet.
J read on the instructions to warm till 65° degrees. Is it enough? Will this temperature sanitize enough the milk?

For sanitising purposes 65 degrees is fine and would be considered as a minimum. However, the texture will be better if you boil for longer at higher temperature as will evaporate the water and improve the milk as a whole, consequently the texture of the ready yoghurt
