How long can I keep the 3 tablespoons of kefir culture in the freezer before the good bacteria deteriorates? I’m having a break from eating kefir, so I’ve frozen 3 spoons worth of kefir in the freezer for when I re-start.

It is important to keep the kefir in a sealed sterilised container(please use hot water only for this) so isolated from other products in the freezer that can contaminate the kefir for recultivation.
Then make sure that you do not stop the freezer.
The kefir for recultivation then can be viable for years
